Linus loves the swing!

Every Tuesday, we go to baby bounce story time at the library. We recently discovered the little park beside it and whenever we are early, we stop by the swings to play. He LOVES to swing on the swings!

Gone hiking in the rain!

It was a cloudy day, but the forecast said no rain, so we braved the gloominess and went out for a hike. Linus got to ride on Alvin’s back for the first time for this hike – he’s finally big enough. It was steep and hard! Midway up, it started to rain and we had to come back down. It was still nice going outdoors. Linus probably thought, “Is it bath time? I like baths!”

5 Months – Rolling and trying to crawl

My little baby is 5 months already!  How the time flies.  Linus can now roll over whenever he wants and roll and scoot to all kinds of places.  You turn around for a second and for some reason he isn’t where you left him anymore!

Linus also discovered this high-pitched squeal recently.  He’s channeling his inner-pterodactyl. Mommy’s ears can’t wait for Linus to move on from this noise.

O Canada!

We headed to Toronto to visit Ah-Gong.  You got on your first plane ride just after we got your newly minted US passport.  You even got your first chop on your passport upon entry into Canada!

You did so well on the flight.  Only a quick fuss and then you slept most of the way.  The flight back to LA was much more dramatic though, involving a giant poop and a wardrobe change.  Despite that, you still did well.

When we got to Canada, it was cold!  Colder than you have ever experienced.  Mommy had to buy you a snow suit to keep you bundled up and warm.

Halloween – The Cutest Little Dragon

Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat! Linus’ first halloween involved lots of candy for mommy and daddy to eat. Linus had “chocolate” milk. :P

4 months! Big milestones!

Our little Linus is growing up so fast. We’re already at 4 months old, size 3 diapers, and about to outgrow size 6 months clothes! At the last doctor’s visit, Linus was 16lbs and 25.5″ long.  Just shortly after, he started rolling over from front to back. Check it out here:

Here are our photos from our 4 month photo shoot.  The pumpkin was cold, I don’t think Linus liked it very much. But it was a cute photo op!

Everyday I count my blessings.  I love my little pumpkin.

Linus visits the pumpkin patch!

This past weekend we visited the pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin for Linus’ first Halloween.  Look at the big pumpkin we picked out!You got to see a bunch of goats and had a conversation with a llama. We’re all ready for Halloween!
